Tunde Aboyade-Cole



CEO



Prior to Chartered Capital, Tunde had a successful career on Wall Street as a trader and an investment banker. Prior to that, he served in senior roles (including chief executive officer) in various companies/conglomerates (Glaxo, Insight, and more) in the pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, marketing communications, banking, and real estate sectors. As a management consultant, he advised clients in banking, manufacturing, air transportation, oil services, and oil and gas exploration and production. His experience spans about four decades and two continents. He has also taught in colleges both within and outside the US. Tunde holds graduate degrees in engineering physics and business.



Francis Ubini



Managing Director



Francis has had over three decades experience in corporate finance and investments. His corporate experience includes Kraft Foods and American Express, and he has had about twenty years experience on Wall Street.



Gene Yeboah, PhD



Adviser



Gene's investment and banking experiences span over 35 years of distinguished services in some of the most respected firms on Wall Street. His affiliations include Barclay's Capital, UBS, Barings, and Schroeder. He has degrees in pure mathematics and theoretical physics, financial engineering and corporate finance. He has also taught at several universities. Gene is widely travelled and has worked as a senior investment and banking professional in almost all continents of the world, and as a polyglot, he speaks fluent Japanese, French, and English.
